There is probably no food more wonderful than freshly made pasta, and it’s surprisingly easy to create! Our Culinary Educator, Sylvie Ryan, grew up watching her father make his own egg noodles and Spaetzles, and learned all the tricks for perfect handcrafted pasta. Join her for a fun evening filled with fettuccini, gnocchi, and many more varieties, including those special recipes her dad taught her as a child. She’ll also discuss perfect sauce combinations, toppings and, of course, wine compliments!
