We've been searching high and low for innovative, high quality products to bring into the department to keep things fresh and exciting. So here's a little rundown of what we've found and brought in recently..........

Food Science of Vermont designs a lot of their products around a supplement called DMG (dimethylglycine). While it's not very well known, DMG does a lot of good things for you. It's thought to support the production of vitamins, hormones, neurotransmitters and antibodies in the human body. Research given to us from Food Science suggests that the use of DMG is beneficial to our immune response, liver function and cardiovascular system. It could also reduce our inflammatory response and support mental health. Pretty impressive. We're carrying several of their products, including exciting items like Behavior Balance and several great tasting superfood powders.

Tera's Whey

It's here!!

Here's my personal Tera's Whey smoothie recipe:

2 cups frozen cherries
Concentrated cherry juice to taste
Skim milk

Mix in a blender and enjoy! It tastes just like a cherry vanilla milk shake!
